Question: What will happen, is this a bad idea?

My EXboyfriend needs a roommate and I am planning on moving out in a few weeks anyways. He’s in college but is planning on working off shore. My present boyfriend lives 90 miles… about 75 minutes (on the freeway) away. My ex would love for me to move in so I can take care of our dogs that have been staying at his house and so he can rest easy knowing someone he trusts is watching his stuff. It’s a 2 bedroom so we wouldn’t share a bed. Here’s the catch… we still hook up, and we still have a connection… but we don’t want to be a couple. He likes being single and I like being with my boyfriend. My boyfriend is in the USAF so he’ll see me on the weekends… but when he isn’t around I know my ex & I will basically be playing house.

Answer: Ha Ha Ha…I love what people think is ok…Put it this way…how would you feel about you USAF boyfriend was pounding puds during the week…yes…peter puffin is his nickname and you don’t even know about it…bad idea, unless you really don’t like your boyfriend (seeing you already cheat on him answers that).

Answer: Basically you challenge the garnishment order once it’s filed with your employer, unless you can convince the creditor that you qualify as a Head of Household for garnishment exemption in advance and convince them to not file it in the first place. Once the garnishment is filed with your employer you’re notified and get a form that you can file with the court to assert your exemption. You’ll get a hearing to prove your position.
